Wholesale VoIP Termination
TAX & COMPLIANCE NOTICE TO ALL CUSTOMERS
Tax Exemption Requirement for Tax-Free Wholesale Accounts: To qualify for tax exemption, you must have a current FRN (FCC Registration Number) which we can verify prior to account activation. You will be required to execute a new FUSF (Federal Universal Service Fund) Exemption Certificate with us at the beginning of each calendar year, per FCC guidelines. You must have a current FRN and be listed in the Robocall Mitigation Database to qualify for a tax-free account.
Non-Exempt Taxable Wholesale Accounts: We also welcome taxable wholesale customers who cannot qualify for tax exemption status. If you cannot qualify for tax exemption, you are still required to be listed in the Robocall Mitigation Database. As a taxable wholesale customer, your rate deck will be increased to include the current USAC contribution rate, which averaged 27.62% for the years 2021 and 2022. This rate changes quarterly, which means you’ll get a new rate deck, at a minimum, each Quarter to reflect the current USAC rates.
