Pre-Paid & International Accounts

International (Non-USA) Customers add funds to their account here, using PayPal or Debit/Credit Card to pre-pay invoices.  Monthly fees, taxes and usage (if applicable) are deducted from  your prepaid balance.  Service is subject to interruption if your balance reaches zero.  To prevent service interruption, please ensure your balance exceeds your monthly service fee and usage charges if any.  To see your current balance, log into your service portal.  The maximum payment using PayPal or Debit/Credit card is $2,500.  For larger amounts, please contact us. We review each payment before updating the balance in your service portal so please allow up to 24 hours for posting.  During normal business hours, please allow up to 4 hours (Mountain Time, USA) for posting to your service portal. Account balances are often updated within 15 to 30 minutes. If you pay outside of business hours or on a weekend or USA holiday, your account will be updated on the next business day. See Payment Policies below.  Payment indicates agreement to terms.

Boomea PBX / UCS Payment Policies

PAYMENT TERMS 

International (i.e. non-USA customers) and all USA Customers designated as PRE-PAID accounts pay invoices here.  USA-based designated as POST-PAID accounts pay through the customer portal (not here).  Our payment policy requires prepayment for services.  Certain exceptions can be made for large companies on approval of a credit application with sufficient D & B rating and at least 50 lines/users.  We review each payment before posting to your online service portal.  When you pay during business hours (Mountain Time, USA), payments are normally posted to your service portal within 4 hours of the time payment is received and often within minutes.  When payment is made outside normal operating hours including weekends and USA holidays, please allow up to one business day for your payment to be posted to your service portal.

PAYPAL IS OUR PREFERRED PAYMENT METHOD

PayPal is universally accepted in the VoIP industry among independent cloud VoIP providers as the fastest, most secure and easiest payment method.  It is the fastest method to move funds between carriers and is therefore our preferred payment method.  Nevertheless, we are happy to accept many other forms of payment as discussed below.

CREDIT/DEBIT CARD PAYMENTS 

We accept all major bank cards and credit cards.  No service charge is added when using PayPal or a major bank card for USA-based customers.  We reserve the right to assess a small additional charge to non-USA customers in the event either the exchange rate or the card processing charge is significantly higher than for USA based customers.  Such charges, if any, are deducted from the amount paid before posting to your service portal.

ALTERNATE PAYMENT METHODS (YOU PAY FEES DIRECTLY TO YOUR INSTITUTION OR PAYMENT VENDOR)

  • MINIMUM PAYMENT OF $500 IS REQUIRED WHEN USING AN ALTERNATE PAYMENT METHOD
  • Customer pays the expense of delivering funds to Voifone. We accept:
    • Bank Wires (contact us for wiring instructions – a wire receiving fee of $20 to $40 is withheld from bank wires)
    • Cashier’s Check from USA banks and credit unions
    • Company and Personal checks from USA banks and credit unions
      • We place a hold on all non-cashier’s checks until payment has cleared the payor’s bank
    • Cash (contact us for specific instructions)
    • Western Union, Money Gram and other payment delivery services (contact us for instructions; an additional $50 fee is required when using money transfer services)

EXCEPTIONS TO POLICY FOR CREDITING ACCOUNT WITHIN 1 BUSINESS DAY

If one or more of our Underlying Carriers is outside the USA banking system, or if they require unusual payment methods or otherwise delay crediting our account on behalf of our customer (you), there may be an additional delay which is outside our control.  In all such events, we will use our best efforts to notify you prior to payment or prior to using that ULC, but we cannot guarantee advance notice. Such delays are rare.
